Most of what we do is custom. Share the idea and we'll help shape it into something that holds up on a wall, in a cabinet, or at an event.

2. Mockup & quote
Within one business day you'll get a mockup and a firm price. Changes are free until you approve — the laser doesn't touch anything until you say so.
3. Cut, finish, inspect
We cut, clean, and inspect each piece by hand. Multi-layer plaques are assembled; mirror and chrome finishes get a final polish before packing.
4. Ship or pick up
Pieces ship nationwide, packed with foam and corner protection. Local Antelope Valley customers can pick up and skip shipping.

Most pieces ship within one to two weeks of design approval. Peak seasons (holidays, football playoffs) run a bit longer — ask when you reach out and we'll give you an honest timeline.
Primarily layered acrylic (gloss, matte, mirror, chrome) and wood for signs and plaques. Tumblers are 20oz stainless. Hats are embroidered or patched. We'll recommend what fits the design.
Yes. Vector files (SVG, AI, PDF) work best. We'll clean up and prepare the file for the laser — just email it along with your order details.
Yes — wedding favors, corporate gifts, team orders, and party sets all qualify for bulk pricing. The more pieces, the better the per-unit price. Share your quantity and deadline when you get in touch.
We ship across the US. Many of our popular items include free shipping — you'll see that noted on the product. For large or fragile pieces we'll quote shipping with the order.
